The SMMCK-100 is a high performance piezo motor controller. Due to the patent-pending multi-phase piezo motor it allows speeds beyond 2 mm/s at resolutions of one nm. Several models can be built up as a compact multi-axis unit and interact with a computer system through an individual USB or RS-485 cable. The Motion Control Language enables simple programming through uncomplicated commands.
