Flat Dielectric Mirrors




Dielectric mirrors, supply high reflectivity over a limit range of wavelengths creating an ultra-high reflectivity mirror. Also, they are created to reflect a wide spectrum of light, for example reflecting the total visible range.

Produced from several thin layers of dielectric material and also careful selection of the type as well as thickness of the dielectric coating layers, it is possible to plan an optical coating with chosen reflectivity at different wavelengths of light. Their coatings are considerably more resistant against laser damage compared to typical mirrors, easier to clean up and appropriate for the use with laser systems.

The Dielectric Mirrors are best for optics experiments, standard laboratory usage as well as for high-power laser applications. All our Dielectric Mirrors are designed for usage at 45° angle of incident from 248nm to 1064nm.
